闵永刚(Y. G. Min, Ph.D., MBA)
闵永刚,教授,博士生导师,美国宾夕法尼亚大学博士,师从诺贝尔化学奖获得者-Alan G. MacDiarmid教授,2005年“国家杰出青年科学基金”获得者,2014年中组部国家特聘专家,2022年当选俄罗斯工程院外籍院士。已发表论文200余篇(文章引用 ~4000次,H-因子~40)、国际会议邀请报告100余次,申请国内外发明专利287件。曾先后在美国IBM公司、杜邦公司、英国ICI公司、法国圣戈班公司等国际知名企业任高级研发经理,技术总监等高级技术管理职务和美国俄亥俄州立大学高级研究员和纳米研究中心首席科学家,先后被国内北京大学、复旦大学、南京邮电大学等高校聘为特聘教授。
主要研究方向包括:柔性电子封装与器件,新型电子材料及传感器,高性能聚合物材料 (聚酰亚胺、PEEK、PTFE、LCP),半导体用光刻胶及PCB先进封装技术 (埋藏技术、SiP、SoC),有机光电材料与器件,类石墨烯二维材料、绿色催化及其在CO2减排和再利用;主持了多项美国自然科学基金 (NSF)、美国工业制造中心项目 (NCMS)、美国标准局 (NIST/ATP)、国家杰出青年科学基金、科技部国家重点研发项目、国家自然科学基金联合基金重点项目等。
多年来一直与多家国际知名研发机构和知名大学研发团队保持着长期紧密合作,如:美国工业制造协会(NCMS)、美国塑料协会(ANTEC)、美国电器工业协会(IEEE)、国际线路板制造协会(IPC)、美国斯坦福大学、麻省理工学院、宾夕法尼亚大学、加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)、英国帝国理工大学、香港科技大学、北京大学、清华大学、复旦大学等。
2008年就职于俄亥俄州立大学聚合物生物医学设备纳米科学与工程中心(CAPBD),开发了几项生物检测和工程技术:(1)开发了用于“电磁控制的生物组织工程”的导电且生物可降解功能性聚合物材料;(2)开发了用于生物快速检测的CD-ELISA技术;(3)设计并研发新型快速、便捷、并可循环使用的电化学生物传感器,该传感器能对蛋白质检测和医疗诊断;(4)开发并改进了用于检测外泌小体内的信号分子(miRNA/mRNA)的纳米生物芯片,并将该芯片应用于早期癌症监测。这些技术有望为检测新冠病毒贡献一份力量!
回国后,成功研制出并产业化了多项“卡脖子”产品,填补了国内空白,如:类石墨烯导热膜、透明聚酰亚胺薄膜、热塑型聚酰亚胺薄膜及其无胶系覆铜板、高频低损耗5G天线基材、OLED显示用光刻胶、等。先后获得到多项产学研奖励。先后担任了多家国企和上市公司的技术顾问,如:江山化工,中石化、衢州巨化、吉林吉化、上海华谊、广东聚石、京东方、生益科技、安捷利电子、中山新高、深圳乐普泰、广州方邦科技、深圳润贝等。
